1. Is there a minimum order requirement?
No, there is no minimum order requirement.

2. What shipping methods do you use?
USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail or UPS. We do our best to have orders that are placed today shipped out the NEXT business day. Business days exclude Saturday/Sunday & Holidays.

3. What countries do you ship to?
We currently ship only within the US. If you are located outside of the US, please send us an email and we can look into shipping options available.

4. What type of payments do you accept?
We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express as well as PayPal.

5. Do you provide Bulk or Wholesale Pricing?
Yes, check out our Bulk Products section or send us a Bulk Pricing Inquiry Message with the product and quantity you are interested in and we will send you bulk pricing information for the products you are interested in. Also, you can check out our Wholesale Products which are in large quantities tailored towards Bakeries. The Wholesale product line is excluded from any coupons and discounts.

6. Why can't I login?
If you are having issues logging in to the site, it might be that cookies are not enabled on your browser. You can either enable cookies or try to login using another browser (i.e. Mozilla, Chrome, Internet Explorer). If you are still experiencing an issue, send us a message and we will look into it to resolve so that you can complete your checkout.

7. What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted on unopened and unused products. Items must be returned in the original packaging and in the original condition. You will be responsible for any costs associated with shipping the items back to us and you will be refunded for the product purchase price.The original shipping costs are not included in the refund.

A return authorization is required for all returns. Please send us an email to obtain a return authorization number. Once you get the return authorization, please mail the product to:
